The Scribblings & Bibblings FAQ

Q: What is the point of having different colored links? And what's the deal with the menu links?

To help make it easier to distinguish one type of link from the other, I've laid out a basic color coded system. External links are Cold and Internal links are Hot, because its cold out there in Cyberspace.

Header links highlight when you hover over them, and lead to the subsection of whatever page you are currently on. Footer links also highlight and lead to the homepage on the left and the subsection of the current page, on the right.

The image in the Navigation Menu transports the user up exactly one directory level anywhere on the site, except on the homepage.

Q: Hey! I thought this site was about interlinking ideas Internally and Externally, but so far you haven't linked much of anything. What gives?

This site is very much a work in progress. As such, there are probably many articles posted that don't have their accompanying tangents, OR, vice versa. This place is constantly evolving. So updates, enhancements, and bugfixes will be happening almost daily bi-weekly. In the meantime, I humbly beseech you to pardon my spacedust.

Q: Why haven't you written about [insert title]?

There are three main reasons for this:

  1. I haven't seen/heard/read/or experienced said [title] yet
  2. Others have written about [title] in a way that coincides with my own interpretations, thus negating my need to comment. Although, given the vastness of the web, it's possible that this may be the case for everything I've commented on so far. {shrugs}
  3. The Holy Ghost of Fanaticism didn't compel me to spew out my thoughts onto an unsuspecting world.
